Wrong angle on carbonic acid

With carbonic acid, C(=O)(O)O, the angle between the carbon's bonds are 90 degrees, instead of 120 degrees.

This is fixed in master - I suspect it was the same bug as #190.

You'll have to grab the latest script from the dist folder here on GitHub to get the fix, though. I unfortunately don't have access to update the NPM package, and haven't been able to get in touch with the original author. I've been using #201 to track my (lack of) progress on that front.
