<body><h1>Ben “reschultzed” Schultz</h1>
<hb2><i>Madison, Wisconsin</i></hb2><br>
<ha2>maker of things, public historian,<br>founder of <a href="https://www.bluepageswiki.org/">bluepageswiki.org</a></ha2>
<p>So far, my <b>historical non-fiction works</b> include:<br>
- <i><a href="https://www.twitter.com/jfkplus60">JFK+60: live-tweeting the Kennedy assassination 60 years later</a></i> (2023; <a href="http://reschultzed.com/jfk">more info</a>)<br>
- <i><a href="https://bluepagesadmin.wordpress.com/2022/10/31/the-end-of-the-town/">The End of the Town</a></i> (2022)<br>
- <i><a href="https://bluepagesadmin.wordpress.com/2021/02/06/one-million-years-of-mcdonalds/">One Million Years of McDonald’s</a></i> (2021)<br>
- <i><a href="https://scalar.usc.edu/works/theyre-moving-north/index">“They're Moving North”: Milwaukee, the Media, and the Murder of Barbara Anderson</a></i> (2020)<br>
but watch this space for upcoming projects!</p>
<p><b><a href="https://www.bluepageswiki.org/">Bluepages</a></b> is a collaborative historical directory<br>
of the world – like Wikipedia, but for ordinary places<br>
whose histories are often overlooked. Maybe you’re here for one of <a href="http://reschultzed.com/spread"><b>my spreadsheets</b></a> collecting information about the historic locations of major American retailers.</p>
<p>In the meantime, I’ve become known in the world as a collector of <a href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HMXo2tGXQO-8J9GvmEE-o3W8i9p7043oCPmZVxcWa8A/edit#gid=0"><b>seven-syllable phrases</b> that can be sung to the tune of “Alexander Hamilton,”</a> or to <a href="https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLYQZ1eyCBP2EkShbefLdM7w38HaBRyVvz">over 100 other familiar tunes</a>. There are over 17,000 of these phrases so far, and I’m always taking suggestions for more.</p>
<p>My <b>music</b> under the name of <b><i>Lumpp</i></b> (2016–2019?)<br>
can be found in its entirety on <a href="http://lumpp.bandcamp.com/">Bandcamp</a>,<br>
and the least copyright-infringing bits of it are on<br>
<a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzAYweljwIRqQ0IR8cnFFzA/">YouTube</a>, <a href="https://open.spotify.com/artist/5icLeYwtTtf7kmdiGVLR2D/">Spotify</a>, <a href="https://play.google.com/store/music/artist/Lumpp?id=A6pjig7v22iqhjlq7dln46uw5dq">Google Play</a>, <a href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/lumpp/id1176239106/">iTunes</a>, and <a href="https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=ntt_srch_drd_B01MXKVW5T?ie=UTF8&field-keywords=Lumpp&index=digital-music&search-type=ss">Amazon</a>.</p>
Other past Internet adventures include the bizarre Instagram universe split across four accounts: <a href="http://www.instagram.com/bentonvilleofficial/">@bentonvilleofficial</a>, <a href="http://www.instagram.com/presidentsdaily/">@presidentsdaily</a>, <a href="http://www.instagram.com/fayettevilleofficial/">@fayettevilleofficial</a>, and <a href="http://www.instagram.com/rivereastrecords/">@rivereastrecords</a>;<br>and the <a href="https://archive.org/details/@toy-skeleton/">Toy Skeleton Media Archive</a> of obscure and often strange videos.</p>
<p>Some of these things have <b>merchandise</b> that you can buy on <a href="https://shop.spreadshirt.com/reschultzed/">Spreadshirt</a>, by the way.</p>
<p>What else is there to say about me? Oh, I like to go on long walks. No, really, I mean <b><i><a href="https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=1JxY1GvnrEmDivU2SdYiRs6UV0ApgIVY&ll=42.98930304918793%2C-89.08548342773436&z=8">long</a></i></b> walks. Over the years, I’ve walked every step of the way from Racine to Wisconsin Dells, a distance of over 175 miles. My current distance record for a single day is 37.34 miles, from Johnson Creek to Madison.</p>
