Click on Republik app notifications does not open the app

Bug Description

Since a few weeks I've noticed that clicking on a notification of the Republik app (new article, pending login, etc.) no longer opens the Republik app but instead does not do anything (at least on my phone).

Expected Behaviour

The app should open, preferably in the context of the notification.

Steps to reproduce

Click on a notification.

App (Android)

Version

Republik: v2.2.2 / 256, Android: 12, Phone: LG G8X

In the meantime, I have tried things out with a different Android phone, and I have observed exactly the same issue. This likely means that many other Republik App users using Android will be affected by this problem. It effectively renders notifications from the Republik app entirely useless.

Could somebody please look into this?

I have also deleted all the data of the Republik App, logged out/in, reinstalled the app, etc. But nothing changed.
