We have different docker setups throughout our repos for running:

a local node
indexer process and db
regen server and db

We could just centralize docker images instead and have a single dev docker-compose.
We could also have an image for regen-web/web-marketplace.

For Admin Use

Not duplicate issue
Appropriate labels and zenhub epics applied
Appropriate contributors tagged
