Task Activating RH Subscription is never finished on CI on Windows

I am continuing with e2e tests, and when the test is being run on CI on windows host, the task for activating the RH subscription seems to be never finished.

I have to check, but imho, the machine is subscribed. I cannot reproduce running the tests on the have host locally or manually.

I'm seeing the same issue when trying to register a RHEL machine created with the RHEL extension for PD, when trying to register the machine the execution never finishes.
