How to set up Belkin router?

I have purchased a new Belkin router a few days ago. Initially, I have tired a lot configure it but I couldn't. Even I have taken help from www.belkinroutersupportnumber.com/ but the answer was not satisfactory. Does anyone have a solution to it?
