Flyout: configs to remove sections

It would be good to have a setting in the admin to remove the "On Read the Docs" section that shows links to:

• Project Home
• Build
• Downloads

I had a support request from a corporate user that want to remove the Read the Docs logo, the "On Read the Docs" section and the footer completely:

I think they have a valid point here, and I think we should allow to do this via 3 different configs on corporate. Actually, I was thinking that we could probably also allow them to upload a small SVG logo to show instead of ours (definitely for v2, tho 😄 )

We discussed this in our meeting and we decided to:

• add 3 different fields to
  • hide "On Read the Docs" section
  • hide the footer
  • hide the logo

When the logo is hidden, it's replaced by a book emoji/icon/font awesome -- 📖

Some of these options will be available to customers from Advanced plan at least.

Pushing this back a bit because of other priorities.

We are talking about re-designing the flyout completely in #574, so this may not make sense anymore. I'm removing it from the roadmap. We can revisit it later if we need to.
