Hey, this problem occurs when NodeJS fails to install the packages because package.json is not there. Go to the directory where your package.json is located and try npm install
Then npm start

Hope that will work!

as @chamindujs has pointed out @mahakants49 . You simply forgot to run npm install in the integrated terminal
