Native Server tools do not appear in MCP Hub Listed Tools

Maybe I'm misunderstanding how the thing works - but my understanding of this is that MCPHub runs basically a "tool discovery service" - and MCP Clients like Codex / Claude can talk directly to it to see what tools are available. You can manage these tools directly from the MPC Hub UI (if you're in NVIM) or from the .config/mcphub/servers.json file.

Great - excellent. However when I connect Codex to MCP Hub the tools provided by the NATIVE servers do not show up in the tools list from MCPHub - only the ones provided by installed servers.

Am I thinking about this wrong? I would expect the Neovim control / MCP Hub control tools to show up in the tool list when enumerating the tools via the /mcp endpoint?
