Windowed features we still need to add

So that I don't forget, I'm going to list some windowed features we still need to add.

1. Changing font size
2. Using a custom font

I'll add to this list if I remember/come across more.

We can reduce overall (logic, rendering, ...) frametime by 50% on WASM by removing an allocation overhead, which is especially expensive for WASM (not observed on desktop, WASM-only issue).

On this line, we can see get_pixmap_data_as_rgba() method is called, which allocates a new vector, each frame.

This would be "ok", BUT, bevy already have allocated a vector for its pixel data, so, we just copy the freshly allocated vector into image.data. This copy is probably the main overhead on wasm.

If instead we reference the soft_ratatui's pixel data, then do almost the same thing as soft_ratatui does in its method, but by changing the values of the bevy image.data, which is already allocated:

But as a long-term solution, it would be great if soft_ratatui had a feature to store its pixel data in rgba and/or a method which accepts in its parameters a buf, and which converts its rgb pixel data into rgba, while not allocating a new buffer, but reusing the provided one. I'll leave a PR to both bevy_ratatui and soft_ratatui (bevy_ratatui after soft_ratatui merge & new version publish, which may contain not only my enhancement and bump to ratatui 0.30.0, but also other changes such as no_std support).

Thank you for the comments and suggestions. I am definitely open to accepting some changes to soft_ratatui. I think I would prefer keeping the base logic in pure rgb, but a new method that takes a mutable buffer and reuses it sounds like a good solution. Any other improvements you deem necessary are also welcome, I eagerly await your PR for soft_ratatui :D
