Hello! Thank you for your time! I was trying out Rio because I want a consistent terminal across my Mac and Linux development environments. I use the Aerospace window manager on my Mac to manage my windows, but I couldn't get Rio to place nicely with Aerospace when Rio's
window.decorationswas set to"Disabled". Basically, none of Rio'swindow.mode's that I tried let Aerospace manage Rio's sizing for me.When I did not set an explicit mode and
Windowedwas the default, I got a floating terminal (Rio is the terminal in the middle. I would expect it to split the screen real estate so it's 1/3 of the horizontal space):When I set the mode to
Maximized, Rio covered the entire screen instead of being resized by Aerospace:And
Fullscreenput it on a new desktop, which was expected and not actually how Aerospace manages windows or desktops.I know that this is a problem between Aerospace and Rio, so I would guess that I can fiddle with Aerospace to treat Rio not as a floating window in
Windowedmode, but I wanted to post this issue here just in case someone else ran into it. I know that you are busy with you0.3.0release, but I was curious if anyone else had run into this. Please let me know if there is any other information I should provide!Versions
