Maps - cannot use the filters on the maps

Found through QA review of CWS Storylines

There appears to be a focus manager issue with RAMP in the context of Storylines, in that we cannot type any text into the data grid filters. You can paste text in using a right click, but this is not a feasible workaround.

Several have looked into this already and this issue may involve getting into the guts of an area of RAMP3 few have familiarity with and has not been touched in several years.

If a suitable patch can't be made to RAMP3, we may want to prioritize migrating all of our existing applications to RAMP4.
