Found through QA review of CWS Storylines

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open layers of any map
  2. Open datatable
  3. Scroll half-way down the web table and click Details Icon of any record
  4. Scroll back to the top of the webtable, then scroll right until the Details icon is no longer visible
  5. Scroll down the page until you hit the record you had opened.

When you reach the record you selected to view the Details, the data table will scroll all the way to the left again.
This applies if you do it from either direction (Scrolling up and Scrolling down)
I also cannot seem to make the border around the Details icon around the record I selected disappear after I close the Details
