  2. Language: Both
  3. Issue Description: On mobile resolution, the charts in the chart carousel are cut off
  4. Steps to Reproduce: Make the browser as thin as it can go and scroll down to the University of Québec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue section. Notice that the legend items are cut-off (see attached image)
  5. Recommendation: We may need to re-evaluate how the we're setting the height of the floating second panel, or adjust scaling
