Elena from QA:

Search "not visible on map" doesn't work on all maps except of the first one.
latest Chrome desktop
Steps: type "Toronto" (anything not visible on map). Select "Visible on map". Deselect "Visible on map". Expected to return results again, but this is correct only on the 1st map. Other maps don't return any results.

This might be a "multi-ramp" issue. We can mitigate by turning geosearch off for most of the maps.
