Description
Seems like the ifnepitope2 script distributed by pip has an error in the python_scripts/ifnepitope2.py file.
When making the blast call, you use the variable "blastdb", but this has never been defined. Instead, you have "blastdb1" for human or "blastdb2" for mouse. It should be straightforward to correct.
