Allow to open target link from lightbox (HTML in lightbox)

Use case: user clicks on thumbnail image, open lightbox with large image, user click on the link in the lightbox.

Currently user could only open large image in the lightbox OR navigate to target link.

This could be implemented in several ways, e.g. by allowing custom HTML in lightbox.
