Of course the details of visualization will vary based on the dimension of the latent-space as well as the number of embedded points, and processing methodologies adopted (e.g. PCA) but the driver should implement some generic methods which can accept model-dependent specifications that can be fed as arguments to the file.

After setting up the driver/model code, it seems like it would be better to have a separate file to handle visualization.
