quickfixj-codegenerator plugin keeps project from building in some IDEs

quickfixj-messages-all declared the quickfixj-codegenerator or class-pruner Maven plugin with ${project.version} (i.e. 3.0.1-SNAPSHOT).
That build is only in the local tree until you install/deploy it. Tools (and Maven) still resolve plugins from remotes (e.g. Nexus).
