Make sure all changes on master have been committed before deploying #9
Description
The Invoke tasks.py script needs to be updated to ensure that all changes on the master branch have been committed before deploying. I have a few cases where I ran inv release --deploy -v0.x only to realize that I had some uncommitted changes.
