Cookbooks improvement #1
Description
It is unclear cookbooks conventions at all.
Need to do several improvement:
- define convention
- if cookbooks exists replace of cookbooks should be requied, meaning if replaced nothing fail.
- no cookbook, aws-storage is not required at all
- (optional) if git doesn't have cookbook changes use previous, if no previous build it
