Create Excel templates for the 0.7.0 credentials

Create an Excel template for each UNTP credential type in the 0.7.0 release. Each template should conform to its source JSON schema and be ready for data entry.

Credentials to cover:

• DIA — Digital Identity Anchor — https://untp.unece.org/docs/specification/DigitalIdentityAnchor
• DFR — Digital Facility Record — https://untp.unece.org/docs/specification/DigitalFacilityRecord
• DPP — Digital Product Passport — https://untp.unece.org/docs/specification/DigitalProductPassport
• DCC — Digital Conformity Credential — https://untp.unece.org/docs/specification/ConformityCredential
• DTE — Digital Traceability Events — https://untp.unece.org/docs/specification/DigitalTraceabilityEvents

Acceptance criteria:

• One template created per credential type
• Each template conforms to the 0.7.0 JSON schema for that credential
• Templates reviewed and committed to the repo
