Remove redundant LLM attr test (#1364)

Summary:
Pull Request resolved: #1364

This file is redundant with `tests/attr/test_llm_attr.py`. Remove it. The tests in `tests/attr/test_llm_attr.py` already cover both CPU and CUDA devices if CUDA is available.
