Add more parameter specializations for autovec TBE kernels (#4153)

Same as D73898778, but trying to reland it since we've resolved the build failures through D75029361.

This diff improves performance of autovec CPU TBE kernels on x86 by adding more parameter specializations according to shapes that appeared in e2e model testing.
