[ENH] deal with pytorch-tabnet lapsed soft dependency #611
Description
The crucial soft dependency pytorch-tabnet, used for TabNet, has lapsed maintenance in 2023, see
https://github.com/dreamquark-ai/tabnet
We need to decide what to do with the dep. Options:
- contact the original maintainers and attempt to resume maintenance
- fork into
pytorch_tabular - both of the above
