Coverage uploads always fail when tests are run on forks

It means I get many notifications whenever I sync my fork. I don't want to switch off GitHub workflows on my fork because it's sometimes useful to run CI on branches I push to my fork without bothering everybody who follows the upstream repo with notifications.
