Add special ``PassSequence` objects for WaterBoxes and "FinishingBlocks"

We need to include special units like, FinishingBlock or WaterBox which have shared subunits like a Engine or a shared water_volume_flux. This should be directly handeled by the core.

I tried, to implement these units.
Currently, the Finishing Block with mono drive seems the hardest.
As for WaterBox a solution can be implemented.
