Add scripts to analyze the solved networks

We need ready-to-use scripts to analyze the model outcomes

In order to be sure that the next version of the model v0.0.2 is working how we are intending it to, we need to have scripts to help analyze the model outcome. Especially to analyze the flows of the different energy carriers in the network. One clear example is shown in issue #101

Preferably jupyter notebook, but I have some python scripts I wrote for PyPSA-Eur I can recycle. If you want to work on this too please go ahead but let me know so that we can align the work @energyLS

The issue has been addressed by adding hydrogen_financing and hydrogen_market notebooks to the doc.
