Hi. How can I resolve this issue when using setuptools: wheel Has a Path Traversal Vulnerability ? Is there a way to modify the version of wheel that setuptools uses? Thanks.

Please note that setuptools itself is not affected by GHSA-8rrh-rw8j-w5fx.

It does not reach the affected code path in wheel -- as it never calls the functionality of wheel unpack.

We probably will update the dependency just for convenience, but please bear with us as it may take a while.
