How to replace textline in a double-layer pdf (created with Acrobat)?

makes no sense changing hidden text because the image won't be changed.

When exporting image pdf to docx with Acrobat to docx, there are some OCR errors.
I want to improve OCR results with other engines, replace the textline in double-layer pdf created by Acrobat, to see if any improvement in exported docx result.
