Rerun the tvp related notebooks

Following the merge of #1544, the tvp related notebook will have to be run again.

Might make sense to point out that the model graph will change after fitting the model and that that change results in the model not being able to be sampled again without rebuilding of the model.

I will re-run the notebooks after #1529 so that we do not get into git merge conflicts ;)
