Description
I want to make sure there are no weird surprises when the conference starts, like, oops no room for people to go down the aisles, or oops, no room for people to navigate to the next talk without walking in front of everyone
We'll need to figure out spaces for (pardon while I belabor obvious while I brainstorm)
- seating (chairs and spots for wheelchairs)
- aisles
- laptop tables
- power access
- audience mics
- cameras
- sound table
- recording table
- open space signs (at the last pycon US they weren't placed well)
- room and event signs
- JIT sign area
- green room
