[Question] is it possible to just disable the pybind11::embed environment if the python shared lib are found?

Can a pybind11::embed environment be enabled and "usable" a runtime only if the python libs (.dll or .so) are found at startup?

I would like the executable to start without python related features if no python is found. Now you get a link error before even starting.
