Fix: isotope package filtering is missing some categories

 I think I found a bug where some package categories are not displayed /filtered properly in the isotope filtering on our packages page (including the new astropy community page).  

This may just be a matter of looking closely at the isotope filtering and adding categories to ensure they align with our peer review template.
