Rogue readthedocs pages that weren't integrated into docs table of contents #58

It appears there are pages floating around in the readthedocs version that weren't structurally integrated into the docs table-of-contents. It's unclear to me which ones are up to date and which are obsolete, so someone should at some point (likely @jkhartshorne ) probably confirm which ones need to be integrated into Gitbook content and which we can abandon.

This is an example of one page (I'll find a place for it in the Gitbooks now since it seems worth including): https://pushkin-social-science-at-scale.readthedocs.io/en/latest/jspsych/pushkin_jspsych.html#pushkin-jspsych

Thanks. Yes, there are a bunch. Basically, I removed everything that was very out-of-date, with the intention of integrating them back in. It's probably time to start integrating them back in.

Actually, this is still very much open. For now, leave it assigned to me.
