Validator Node 3 with address 0x98F9D910Aef9B3B9A45137af1CA7675eD90a5355 on devnet is unable to get selected for tx sending.
Out of more than 600+ blocks, none of them were produced by VNode 3 - https://push-analytics-dashboard-gamma.vercel.app/blocks
