Feature name

As of now, when we add Delegate for a channel, we simply update the state and include the delegate address as a valid delagate for the given channel

Describe the Enhancement

As per a recent discussion with backend, it seems it would be helpful if the function that adds delegates address for a particular channel also invokes a automatic subscription for the Delegate address to be subscribed to the channel it is being added to
