Expected Behaviour

Replace the useResolveWeb3Name hook with the helper functions used in chat components

Current Behaviour

Old components like ChatAndNotificationWidget use the hook.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Invoke function '...'
  3. See error
