Add support for line bookmarks and tasks

Using Eclipse 4.6.1, Twig 2.0, Mac OSx El Capitan

1. Open any twig template
2. Right click on the Line Numbering
3. Contextual menu opens (see below image)

Expected:

• Option 'Add Bookmark'
• Option 'Add Task'
