Autoupdater is borked on Arch (and other linux distros)

First reported here. If an update is downloaded (creating the updates/) directory, on next launch, the following error will occur:

/opt/pulse-browser-bin/updater: error while loading shared libraries: libmozsqlite3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
