Build architecture for psharkey/rpi-novnc on docker hub is set to amd64

More of a heads-up than an issue: the architecture listed via `docker image inspect psharkey/rpi-novnc` is amd64 and I'm guessing (haven't verified) that's why running the image in a docker stack results in `no suitable node (unsupported platform on N nodes)`.
