GM related vehicle lag

Whenever a GM is in a vehicle and gets the message "You are driving too fast to dismount" for any reason, it gets spammed a huge amount. This is different from non-GMs as they only receive such messages once. The effects of the spam the GM receives affects the entire server and causes disconnect screen popups and ping spikes to 3000+ for everyone online. The vehicle they are in is also in some catch-up mode where it takes several minutes to catch up to actions like players entering/exiting the vehicle or driver input.
The server lag lasts for quite a while and even causes login errors.

The only difference between normal user and CSR user is the bail type override ops.handleDismountVehicle(pkt.copy(bailType = BailType.Bailed)). TooFastToDismount is an event chat message for dismount failure but I do not see why it would be spammed unless the user spammed the dismount attempt. Does the client continue to retry the test locally and repeat the failure?

The purpose of the override was to ensure the player ignore hindrances such as vehicle movement test and other checks when trying to escape from the vehicle. The medium transport Aurora does not have bailable seats. Perhaps changing it to BailType.Kicked and artificially adjusting the player doing the kicking will work more fluidly if the goal is to ignore tests?

Okay, so what's happening under the hood is that the game is stuck in a loop of sending dismount attempt packets. This happens because the second to last match case in csr\MountHandlerLogic, where the dismount attempt fails, restarts the dismount logic ops.handleDismountVehicle even in the failure case. My intention was probably insistence but it turned into an error loop.

I can limit this redundancy issue but this proves that the main mechanic I was attempting to model - CSR's can always escape from vehicles regardless of the situation - is not possible through packet manipulation. I will have to be manually handled.
