[RFE] Please ignore +ds[1-9] suffix on alertmanager's version

Hello

Debian ships a slightly modified version of alertmanager, the only difference with upstream is that the webui is removed but the API endpoints are left intact.

however i cannot run karma against this alertmanager binary because the version string does not match what karma expects

I know I could patch and rebuild karma locally but it would be much easier to just get the binary from GH, specially for updates, you could even display a banner mentioning that the version is unsupported or similar.
