Signal.subtle.introspectSources(watcher) contains duplicates

The current spec describes the return value as the "set" of watched signals and computeds. Currently it returns an array that can contain the same signal or computed multiple times. For instance, in the screenshot below, the temp1 array is the result of a call to introspectSources, notice the size of the deduped Set

this same behavior difference (array with duplicates vs set) can also be noted in watcher.getPending().
