If this is already possible then it's not at all clear how at the moment - but it would be really great to be able to set a timezone on the X-axis for a graph to pull it into localized time.

i will defer to @juliusv, but i believe it is desired to always standardize on GMT to prevent any mis-communications when dealing with e.g. order of events.
