GCC 10以前仅支持Unicode转义（\uXXXX, \UXXXXXXXX）
GCC 10 Changes
😃 not allowed by g++

因此Arduino IDE也是

ESP32板子是支持的
AVR板子，升级AVR-GCC即可
https://github.com/ZakKemble/avr-gcc-build/releases
并清空LTO缓存C:\Users\<用户名>\AppData\Local\arduino\*

但还没有官方支持，先不Close
