Increasing Access

This change wouldn't change the editor directly, but would make the codebase cleaner and more organized.

Feature enhancement details

Alphabetize the variables and clean up the light, dark, and contrast themes in __variable.scss. I can do this pretty easily with VIM so I thought this would be an easy win.
