No ability to fine tune message deletion

It's a well known fact from predecessors of this project that discord will ban it's users if they will delete too many messages in too short period of time victornpb/undiscord#193 (comment) To avoid ban the workaround was to set time between deleting messages to 3-4 seconds. Can you please make it possible to set up timer so it will be possible to delete messages slowly to avoid triggering discord ban? Thank you very much

There is a setting called Delete Delay that can be used to increase the amount of time between deletes, basically you enter a value in seconds, and during the delete process, a random amount of seconds between 0 and the number entered will be generated and waited for
