CentOS 9 stream is not able to find packages

What happened:
CentOS 9 stream is not able to find following packages:

 DynamicRM  devices.chrp.base.ServiceRM rsct.opt.storagerm rsct.core rsct.basic rsct.core

What you expected to happen:

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Ran into this issue recently, looks like the ibm-power-repo providing the missing packages doesn't support Centos 9 yet.
