select CORE data
add gradient constraints
test inputs with multiple timestamps, with CORE parameters (DC mode)

evaluate:

processing time
results
** compare worse margin with classic RAO and intertemporal RAO
** are gradient constraints respected (and PST contraints if added from Jeremy's PRs)
